Baileys Catering grow their own produce at local polytunnels. There is an opportunity for schools to arrange visits or alternatively join our ‘Watch it grow’ scheme where children can grow their own produce and follow its progress from seed to school meal.
We use many local suppliers that are equally dedicated to teaching children more about where food comes from. Baileys Catering can arrange school trips to local polytunnels or farms to assist with their learning on farm to fork initiatives.
With experience of catering for members of the Royal family Christine, our development chef, can come into school and share her skills and experience with the children. We can provide fun and engaging sessions that can be tailored to match the themes you are covering within your school.
If the parents of your school require extra support with healthy eating at home our in-house nutritionist is available to deliver presentations or workshop on topics such as fussy eating, meal planning or encouraging healthy eating habits.
