Steve Saunders - Director

Steve set up Baileys Catering and is responsible for managing the high quality of the food. He has successfully achieved the GOLD standard Food for Life award, Good Egg award and gained Red Tractor status.

Christine Saunders - Director/ Head Chef

Christine has extensive catering experience including cooking for several members of the royal family. Her role at Baileys is to develop healthy, tasty menus that meet all nutrition and quality standards for your children using seasonal and locally sourced produce.

Jo Stimpson - Nutritionist and Marketing Director

Jo is a qualified nutritionist with significant experience in strategies to help children to eat more healthily. She will be working closely with schools to engage children in cooking, tasting and learning more about healthy foods.
